Hi,

I would like to share a little bit about me.

I'm Elizabeth the creator of this website, travel tips packing luggage.

I live on the west coast of Canada and spend time in the winter in Mexico when I am not traveling.

This web site started because of some health problems

In the mid 1990's I had to stop working at occupations that required physical work, especially standing on my inflamed feet or anything that caused stress.

At the time, I owned an art gallery gift shop and also worked in an office doing customer service for msn and b central.

I held shows for myself and other artists I represented. Getting everything ready for openings like framing, hanging pictures and deadlines was getting very difficult for me.

On top of that in the past I took part in shows in other galleries and fairs across the province. I also accepted commissions.

I wanted to make a living from home.

I have a passion for travel and I would like to share my experience with others. I have visited many places in the world and I still have a long list of places I want to see.

Over the years I have learned from my many mistakes. I have become very efficient at preparing for my trips and packing a suitcase. I thought travel tips and packing luggage would be a good topic in which to help others.

Even though my health is improving, I would never go back to my old style of work.

I discovered that I love building websites and it has given me the freedom that I sought .

I started another site www.nu-groovy.com to help babyboomers like me be the best they can be while transisioning to the third age.

More things to know about me

I am multi passioate so I have created several businesses in my lifetime.

I also worked at Bell Canada for 12 years. I had many different possitions including customer service to large business accounts, instructor and project manager. I love technology and the internet.

I was looking to prepare for the years ahead. I wanted extra money to travel, and work that I would love in my retirement years.

I write for everyone, however; I especially like finding ideas and resources for baby boomers.

Like other boomers I am looking towards a great future.
